Pale pink, and with a subtler salty flavor than kosher or sea salt, Himalayan Salt is a lovely addition to your pantry. Use it as a finishing salt for fish, scallops, meats and vegetables. Sprinkle on top of watermelon, pineapple or mango to bring out the sweetness of the fruit.
