Directions for Weight Loss: Mix 1 serving with 6 oz. of cold water and consume 30 minutes before your 2 largest meals. For best results, use for 60 days in combination with a calorie-reduced diet and exercise.
Directions for Pre-Workout: For more energy, mix 1 to 2 servings with 6 to 12 oz. of cold water and consume 30 minutes before your workout. Assess your tolerance by mixing 1 serving (1 scoop) with 6 oz. of cold water and drink about 30 minutes before your workout. Then increase the dosage to 2 servings mixed with 12 oz. of cold water before your workout.
