Start with one teaspoon and work up to one leveltablespoon per day, or as directed by a qualified health care professional. Drinkwith 8-16 ounces of water (preferably purified) or juice (ideally fresh). Takeon empty stomach approximately 45 minutes before or 2 hours after meals/nutritional products.
