Mix one serving (1 scoop) of Assault in 8-12 oz fl. oz. of cold water and drink 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed one serving per day.
Citric acid, natural and artificial flavor, calcium silicate, silicon dioxide, malic acid, sucralose, fruit and vegetable juice (color), acesulfame potassium.
