What you need: 4 tbsp butter or coconut oil (melted) plus more for the pan, 1 cup of water. Makes Eight 6" pancakes or four waffles.
Prep: You will need 4 tbsp of butter or coconut oil (melted).
Mix: Mix entire bag of dry mix with the water and melted butter or coconut oil.
Bake: Warm butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Ladle 1/4 cup batter onto skillet. Pancakes will form little bubbles, when bubbles open, flip pancakes over and cook other side.
Remove from heat to a plate. Repeat process with remaining batter, adding more butter or coconut oil to your skillet as needed.
