    Я почала скрипіти зубами після народження дитини, тому що діти так роблять. Я спробував кілька зубних щитків від Amazon «на замовлення», і жоден не сподобався. Усі вони зіщулилися й згорнулися до чогось, що не викликало довіри. Той dentek, який прийшов із лотком, був майже готовий, але лоток був універсальним, і мені здалося, що мій рот трохи ширший за лоток, тому що кінцевий результат був дуже щипким, коли я його спробував на ніч. Тож я подумав спробувати цей, і ношу його вже місяць поспіль. Він не потребує формування чи кип’ятіння і не дуже нав’язливий. Регулювання на одній стороні мого зламалося після першої ночі, що означало, що протягом ночі воно зсувалось і ставало довшим, але це не було проблемою, і я буду стежити, коли куплю заміну, щоб побачити, чи він була просто випадкова поломка. Я не можу сказати, чи це справді працює, оскільки скреготіння зубами є дуже поступовим процесом, і мій ніколи не був настільки сильним, що я прокидався з болем у щелепі та головним болем, але я бачу сліди укусів на підкладці, тому він щось робить. Я б спробував це, якщо тип кипіння засмучує вас так само, як мене.
