GastricSoothe™ utilizes a compound of zinc and L-carnosine that soothes and protects the gastric mucosal lining. Zinc L-carnosine also acts as antioxidant that scavenges free radicals and assists the body's own system in restoring healthy gastric cellular integrity.

2 capsules twice daily: 2 following breakfast and 2 before going to bed. For best results take for at least 8 weeks, decrease intake of acidic or spicy foods, reduce stress, quit smoking, and restrict alcohol consumption.
