You'll Need:

Oil (any oil works)

Water

Vegan Prep: Replace 1 egg with 1/3 cup mashed ripe bananas

Pancake Instructions:

Gently whisk together egg, oil and water.

Fold in mix until combined. Don't over-mix -lumps are okay!

Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet about 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned.

Waffles:

Follow pancake instructions for batter, but double the water. Cook according to waffle iron instructions.

Storing Tip: Keep your mix in the fridge after opening for optimum freshness!
