Pamela's Organic Coconut Flour can be used for Paleo, gluten-free, and grain-free recipes. Our Coconut Flour is ground from dried coconut pulp. To add protein, fiber and flavor to baked goods, replace 1/4 cup or more of the flour called for in your favorite recipes with our Coconut Flour. This flour works well combined with our All-Purpose Flour Artisan Blend in muffins, cakes, and quick breads, or in any recipe that calls for coconut flour. Add variety to your diet by sprinkling it on yogurt and ice cream of using it as a breading.
