This Mixed Tocopherol Vitamin E Oil is in its natural and unesterified form. Vitamin E is a major antioxidant and the primary defense against lipid peroxidation.

Take 1/4 teaspoon 1 to 4 times daily with food. For topical use, gently massage a few drops into the skin, paying close attention to dry, rough or scarred skin.
