Ti Kwan Yin Oolong otherwise known as Tieguanyin or Iron Goddess is a wonderful oolong tea from Fujian, China expertly processed in the classic style. The new trend for Ti Kwan Yin (also pronounced "Ti Gwan Yin") is for the finish to be more green and sweet. Our Ti Kwan Yin has the sweetness, balanced with a slight baking of the leaf. The result is a sweet, yet toasty flavor.
