Start with 3 VeganCaps™ (a partial serving) and work up VeganCaps per day, or as directed by a qualified health care professional. Drink with 8- ounces of water (preferably purified) or juice (ideally fresh). Take on empty stomach approximately 45 minutes before or 2 hours after meals/nutritional products.
