Directions:
Put powdered sugar in medium bowl and mix in color powder. Once blended, stir in milk and vanilla.Add butter and beat with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Frost and top with sprinkles! Refrigerate unused frosting. Icing instead? Just mix with 3 Tbsp milk and 1 tsp vanilla!
