Chocolove Chip Cookies
Have all ingredients at room temperature. Preheat oven to 375°F / 190°C.
In a medium bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, and salt- set aside.
Cream together the butter, both sugars and vanilla. Beat in the eggs one at a time. Stir in the dry ingredients until combined. Fold in Chocolove chips. Spoon dough, two inches apart, onto parchment lined cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand for one minute. Transfer to plate or rack for cooling and enjoy.
