Sports Research MCT Oil is a Non-GMO Verified alternative to traditional oils, as well as sports and energy drinks. Packed with nutritious fats, Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) are quickly digested, absorbed and converted into fuel for the body and brain. SR MCT Oil is made exclusively from only Coconut Oil (zero palm) and contains the full-spectrum of MCTs- including lauric acid: a healthy fatty acid also found in mother's milk.

As a dietary supplement, healthy adults begin by using 1 tablespoon (15 ml) daily. May consume up to 3 table spoons per day. Excessive consumption may cause digestive discomfort.
