How to use:
Boil 8 ounces of water and add I teaspoon of this tea. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat. Strain before serving.
Suggestions:
Add turmeric and/or black pepper while brewing. Strain and cool, then add honey (or other sweetener) and/or amla powder.
