Important: Read all directions before use.

Direction for Daily Use

1. Drop one Polident ProGuard & Retainer cleansertablet into enough verywarm (not hot) water tocover your oral appliance.

2. Soak for 3-5 minutes. For bestresults, gently brush your oralappliance with cleanser solutionusing a soft brush. Discardremaining solutionimmediatelyafter use.

3. Rinse appliancethoroughly withrunning water.
