Use at least twice a week, but gentle enough to use daily depending on your skin's needs. Shake 5-7 times into the palm of the hand and mix with a small amount of water. Rub between hands to maximize foam and apply to clean, damp skin with small, circular motions. Massage onto face, neck and chest for 1-2 minutes, avoiding contact with eyes. Rinse off thoroughly with lukewarm water and pat dry.
