Bee propolis is a resinous mixture enzymatically produced by bees from the resin they gather from the buds of poplar and cone-bearing trees and used to sterilize and protecttheir hives. Bee propolis contains antioxidant bioflavonoids and has traditionally been used to support immune function.

Take 1 to 2 droppersful per day in 2-4 ounces of warm water or directly on the tongue.
