Dosage Information: Because Lipo Naturals doesn't add artificial flavors or sweeteners, the flavor is interesting. It's thankfully made to easily mix your dose, one tablespoon once or twice per day, in apple or other juice to mask the flavor. And remember that you'll enjoy all the benefits, even if you don't enjoy the taste. It's best to take your dose on an empty stomach - you can eat after 5-10 minutes.
